Pregnancy Update

Just a little update on baby #2. I went to the doctor today for my 16 week check-up. Everything looked great and I'm scheduled to have my big sonogram in a month! Can't wait to find out what exactly is growing inside me!
I'm not feeling nauseous anymore, just in need of a daily nap. And my beer belly has finally formed into a little bump.

But this sums it up even better...

Younger Men are Better!

Last year for Jeb's birthday I posted a picture of him in his boy scout uniform. So I thought I'd continue the tradition and post some more of my favorite pictures of Jeb. We'll see how long it takes him to check the blog and make me take them down.

I was going to post 30 reason that I love Jeb for his 30th birthday but I got to number 6 and couldn't think of one more thing. Just Kidding! Jeb hates it when I say anything about him on the blog or brag about him. So I'll just say that every day is a blessing with Jeb and he takes such good care of Jenna and me. I am so proud of him. We love him very much.

To Grandmother's house we go!

Jenna and I had our first experience with basset hound puppies this weekend. Jeb's mom has bred them many times and Jeb grew up around puppies his whole life. But this is the first litter Grandma has had since Jenna was born. Jenna was very interested in these tiny creatures. She even got to help Grandma bottle feed the puppies. Their mommy died shortly after having them so Jeb's mom has to bottle feed them every 3 hours! Lots of work!

Jenna also helped Grandma make lunch all dressed up in Jeb's old apron and chef's hat.




And to top off a perfect day, cousins David and Derek came to play! Here's Jenna and Derek coloring.

Stuff We Do

Line up all our DVD's. Wear hats indoors but chunk them off if we're outside.

More hats indoors. And wear a koozie as an arm band. Newest fad.

And shouts out to Truman who became a grandfather last week. Anyone want a basset hound puppy? They grow up to be brilliant dogs, just like this one...

This weekend we went to Granbury to spend the holiday with my family. Jenna had such a fun time hanging out at Camp Granna and seeing all her extended family.

Artworks

Yesterday, we went to a really cool place called Artworks with a group of church friends. It was such a neat place and Jenna had a really fun time. It's hard to tell from the pictures because she looks pretty serious in all of them. Jeb and I couldn't get over how grown up she looks in the pictures.

Jenna's getting closer to being ready for school every day. We start Mother's Day Out in August. Everyone always says it but they really do grow up SO fast!
